In case of any unavoidable inconvenience and if you want to return or replace our products, in such cases, please read the following conditions given, and we are not charging any cost to return shipping within India.
Mattress Return policy
As we deliver the best product in that, we have full confidence in our quality and we assure that you will feel comfortable with our product. Even though we provide you up to 30 nights to sleep on our product you can let us know if it doesn’t meet your expectations. From the day of our delivery date, we persuade you to try our mattress for at least 15 nights. Because your body will take some time to feel comfortable with the new mattress. Even after that, if you feel that our mattress is not offering a comfortable sleep experience; we can help you by picking up the mattress from your place and then help you to refund all-inclusive purchase prices. How to initiate the Return
Within 30 days trial, if you find any any sort of discomfort with our mattress, you can write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a return pick up. Once your return is validated our team will help facilitate the process.
Conditions for Mattress Return
- Product are eligible for return only if they are free from stains, tears, soiling, odors or any such tampers.
- Standard size mattress alone is eligible for 30 nights trail. Custom size mattress is not included in this return policy.
- While returning the product, you must have your invoice copy as proof of the purchase.
- Customers are eligible to claim 30 nights’ trails for the first time buy; return policy is not applicable for the replaced product.
- This return policy is limited to one return per household per year.
- This 30-night trial policy does not apt if you placed an incorrect sized mattress.
- When you return your mattress, you must keep your mattress box.
- If you buy more than one mattress in the same model, only one mattress is suitable for 30 nights trail. Hence you are requested to trial any one of the mattresses. If satisfied, then unpack the later!
- In the case of any offer, we will deduct the offer amount and return the remaining amount
- If you want to return the mattress, you are expected to do return confirmation within 20 days, and a return request must include the photographs of the mattress.
- We will send the E-mail as “Confirm to Return your mattress” to your registered mail ID. After that, you must book a return through one of our logistics partners (Bluedart or FedEx)
- No charges are charged for return.
- Custom size mattress
Accessories are not covered by a 30-night return policy but it has a warranty. For warranty-related claims, please see the www.grassberrymattress.com/warranty
Product Damage during Shipping:
Through our website, once your order is placed, your products will deliver to your designated address, which you have provided in your “Shipping Address” during the Check-out process.
In the case of mattress damage during shipping, you must capture a photo along with the delivery personnel, receipt and send it to us. On receival of receipt, we will verify the proof and send a new mattress back.
Refund Mode and Duration:
Refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account details provided on official mail ID email@example.com, within 15 working days.
