If you want to return or replace our products due to any unavoidable inconvenience, in such cases, please read the following conditions given below.

Mattress Return policy

We have much confidence in our quality while delivered, and we assure you that you will feel comfortable with our product. Even though we provide you up to 101 nights to sleep on our product you can let us know if it doesn’t meet your expectations. From the day of our delivery date, we recommend you to try our mattress for at least 15 nights. Because your body will take some time to feel comfortable with the new mattress. Even after that, if you feel that our mattress is not offering a comfortable sleep experience; You can raise a return request and it can be replaced at any time within 101 nights of purchase. How to initiate the Return

Within 101 days trial, if you find any kind of discomfort with our mattresses, you can write to us at Once your return is validated, our team will help facilitate the process.

Conditions for Mattress Return

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are free from stains, tears, soiling, odors, or any such tampers.
  • The standard size mattress alone is eligible for 101 nights trial. Custom size mattress is not included in this return policy.
  • Customers are eligible to claim 101 nights’ trails for the first time buy; a return policy is not applicable for the replaced product.
  • This return policy is limited to one return per household per year.
  • This 101-night trial policy does not apt if you placed an incorrect-sized mattress.
  • If you buy more than one mattress in the same model, only one mattress is suitable for 101 Nights trial. Hence you are requested to try any one of the mattresses. If satisfied, then unpack them later!
  • In the case of any offer, we will deduct the offer amount and return the remaining amount.
  • While returning the mattress, you must have your invoice copy as proof of the purchase and the warranty card with an image or video clip of the damaged mattress.
  • If you want to return the mattress, you are expected to do return confirmation within 15 working days, and a return request must include the photographs of the mattress.
  • We will send the E-mail as “Confirm to Return your mattress” to your registered mail ID. After that, you must book a returned mattress.

Accessories and custom-sized Mattresses are excluded in the 101-night return policy but, it has a warranty. For warranty-related claims, please see the warranty policy.

Product Damage during Shipping:

Through our website, once your order is placed, your products will deliver to your designated address, which you have provided in your “Shipping Address” during the Check-out process.

In the case of mattress damage during shipping, you must capture a photo along with the delivery personnel, send it to us. We will verify the proof and send a new mattress back.

Refund Mode and Duration:

Refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account details provided on official mail ID, within 15 working days.
