Mattress Return Policy
Grassberry Mattresses are eligible for 10 Days Return from the date of delivery, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different items being delivered to you.
Please keep the Mattress in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing a Refund/Return.
Pillows, Accessories, and Customized Mattresses are excluded from 10 days Return Policy.
Why do we switch to 10 days return instead of 100 days or more Trial?
We have Analysed the 100 or more Days Trail, there are a lot of twists and traps behind this. Some are listed below for your understanding.
a) Customers cannot initiate a return for a certain period (30 days or 45 days).
b) There should not be any strain on the Mattress surface during the Particular Period.
c) Customer has to show the Proof (photo, video)
d) Seller reserves the right to refuse the Refund.
